Meeting Location
The Annual Genomic Arabidopsis Research Network meeting wil l b e held at the John Innes Conference Centre (JIC) Norwich UK. The venue is located just outside the city centre and is easily accessible by road, rail and air.

Meeting Outline
The meeting will start at 10:30am on Monday 10th September and end at 16:00 on Tuesday 11th September.

All refreshment breaks and lunches wil l b e served in exhibition trade area. Exhibitors will therefore have access to delegates throughout the 2-day meeting along with JIC scientists that visit the meeting.

Preparation of Exhibition Stands
The venue is accessible to set up exhibition stands from 9:30am on the morning of the 10th and stands must be removed by 5:00pm on the 11th. The exhibitor area is located on the ground floor of the Conference Centre outside the lecture theatre.

Meeting Registration
All trade representatives attending the meeting need to fill in the exhibitor registration form so that a complete list of attendees is available. Please ensure all people attending the trade exhibition are registered.

Included with Exhibition Stand
1. Flyer in the delegate wallets (no larger than A4) 200 flyers will need to be sent to Ruth Bastow by the 29th August.
2. Furniture: You wil l b e provided with a table and a chair.
3. Electricity is available but limited. Can you please provide me with details of your electricity needs?
4. Lunch and refreshment breaks for one exhibitor are included. The cost for additional representatives is £20 per person per day; please ensure that you request this on the registration form
5. Access to the meeting itself is not included with attending the trade exhibition. If you wish to attend the conference and listen to the scheduled talks the registration fee is £140 per person this will include lunch on both days of the meeting, and all refreshment breaks. Please note this requirement on the exhibitor registration form.

Accommodation
Accommodation is available in ensuite rooms in the halls of residence at the University of East Anglia Campus (UEA) a 5-10 minute walk from the conference centre.
If you require accommodation for either, the night before (9th), or after (11th) accommodation is available but numbers limited and we would therefore recommend that you book early to ensure that your needs can be meet.
